About Trailhead Treatment Center
Call (603) 458-0747. Your first call is confidential and pressure-free.
Trailhead Treatment Center is an outpatient addiction and mental health facility in Salem, NH, founded by those who understand recovery firsthand. We opened our doors because we know what treatment should look like.
Co-founders Caitlin and Mike DiBlasi started Trailhead Treatment Center because they've been on both sides of treatment. They watched people struggle to find outpatient care that felt personal, warm, and grounded in real understanding. So they built one.
Trailhead is not a corporate facility. There are no investors setting the agenda and no board making clinical decisions from a distance. Caitlin is a BSN-prepared nurse, certified recovery coach (CARC) with eight years of direct experience, and holds a business degree from UMass Amherst. She runs the day-to-day as Co-Founder and COO. Mike handles operations as Co-Founder.
We chose Salem, New Hampshire because the I-93 corridor between Boston and Manchester has growing demand for quality outpatient treatment. Trailhead serves clients from southern New Hampshire communities like Derry, Londonderry, Windham, and Pelham, and northern Massachusetts cities including Haverhill, Methuen, Lawrence, Andover, and Lowell. We saw a gap and filled it.
Recovery Experience Across the Team
Our leadership and staff bring personal experience with addiction and mental health into every interaction. Hiring decisions prioritize people who understand the journey alongside clinical credentials.
Holistic Treatment
We integrate yoga, reiki, sound therapy, art therapy, ear acupuncture, breathwork, and meditation into clinical programming. Co-Founder Caitlin DiBlasi is a former yoga instructor and marathoner whose commitment to movement and wellness shaped this approach from day one. These aren't extras added to a standard model. They're built into the daily schedule because healing involves the body too.
Trauma-Informed Care
Most people who come to us carry trauma. Our clinical approach, led by Clinical Director Alysia LaGambina, LICSW, uses trauma-focused therapy, movement-based therapies, and individual therapy designed around each person's history.
Warm, Non-Clinical Environment
We designed our space with warm colors, plants, natural light, and outdoor elements. Treatment works better when people feel comfortable. Cold, clinical spaces put people on edge. Ours doesn't.

Not sure where to start? Call (603) 458-0747 and our admissions team will help you find the right level of care. Your call is confidential and pressure-free.
If you've been through treatment before, that experience is part of your plan here. Call us and we'll talk about what's next.
Most treatment centers separate addiction and mental health into different tracks. Trailhead holds dual licensure from the State of New Hampshire for both substance use disorder and mental health treatment. One team treats both, in the same program, at the same time.
We also offer a women-only track within PHP and IOP for clients who benefit from gender-specific group work focused on trauma, codependency, and empowerment.
Our evening IOP schedule coming soon exists because recovery shouldn't require quitting your job. Working adults can get treatment without rearranging their lives.
